heraffirmations.app is operated by Her Affirmations (Anish Moonka). By using this website or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What this site is

This is a pre-launch website for an upcoming iOS app. Content on the site, including the affirmations, is provided for general information and personal practice. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are struggling, please reach out to a licensed provider or a local support line.

The waitlist

• Joining the waitlist means you consent to receive pre-launch emails from us, confirmed through double opt-in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
• The waitlist is free. It gives you early access when the app launches and any launch pricing we announce, but it does not create a purchase, a subscription, or any other obligation.
• Launch timing may change. We aim for August 2026 and will keep waitlist members informed, but we may delay, alter, or cancel the launch.
• Please join with your own email address. Signing someone else up without their consent is not allowed.

Intellectual property

The content on this site, including the affirmation library, the name Her Affirmations, and the site design, belongs to us. You are welcome to save, print, and share individual affirmations for personal use with attribution. Republishing whole collections, scraping the site for commercial use, or presenting our content as your own is not permitted.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt the site, probe its infrastructure, submit automated signups, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The current version always lives at this page, with its effective date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
