What this covers
Two kinds of purchases exist around Her Affirmations: the digital book Affirmations for the Day You’re Having (PDF and EPUB editions), bought directly on this site, and the optional app subscriptions bought inside the iOS app through Apple. This page explains how refunds work for both. Email updates and the free downloads involve no payment, so there is nothing to refund.
The book
Who processes your payment
- In India, payments are processed by Razorpay in INR.
- Everywhere else, your order is processed by Dodo Payments, our online reseller and merchant of record. Their name may appear on your receipt and bank statement, and refunds for these orders are issued through them, to the original payment method, in the currency you paid.
When a refund is automatic
Write to us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full if any of these happened:
- You were charged twice for the same book.
- Your payment was captured but you could not access or download the files.
- The files you received are corrupted or incomplete and we cannot fix that for you promptly.
If the book just isn’t right for you
The book arrives instantly and in full, so a return in the physical sense is not possible. Still, we would rather you leave happy than feel trapped by a purchase. Write to us within 14 days and tell us what didn’t work. We review these requests case by case, and we are reasonable about it.
How to ask
Email hello@heraffirmations.app from the email address you used at checkout, and include the payment reference from your receipt. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds usually appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
App subscriptions
Subscriptions in the iOS app are purchased through your Apple ID, and Apple processes every payment. Refunds for those are handled by Apple under its own policies; we don’t have access to your payment details and can’t issue them ourselves. You can request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, and manage or cancel the subscription in your iPhone’s Settings app, under your name, then Subscriptions.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. The current version always lives at this page, with its effective date above.
