Free printable affirmation cards and wallpapers

Thirty affirmation cards you can print and cut, and twelve phone wallpapers, all drawn from our library of lines written for women. Free to download, no email required. Every line is held to the same standard as the rest of the library: you should be able to say it on a hard day without your own mind arguing back.

The card PDF is 0.9 MB; the wallpaper ZIP is 1 MB.

A few of the thirty

What's inside

The card pack is a six-page Letter-size PDF: a cover and five sheets of six cards each, in the same warm paper and Newsreader type as everything we make. The lines cover the moments the library covers, from the inner critic to the 3 a.m. wake-up to the salary conversation. Print, cut, and leave one where you will actually see it: the mirror, the laptop, the kitchen shelf.

The wallpaper pack is twelve phone-sized images, one line each, positioned to sit clear of the clock on a lock screen. Set one for the week, and let the first thing your phone says to you be something kind.

If you want lines matched to how today is actually going, that is what the Her Affirmations app does, coming to iOS in August 2026. Until then, the full collections are free: self-love, sleep, money, work and more in the library.

Questions about the printables

Are the affirmation cards really free?

Yes. No email, no signup, no watermark tricks. Download the PDF, print it, cut along the card edges, and keep the lines that fit. We made them because the library exists to be used.

Can I share the cards or post the wallpapers?

Please do. Share the files with anyone, print them for a friend, post the wallpapers wherever you like. If you feature them on a website or blog, link back to this page so your readers can download the originals.

How should I print the cards?

The PDF is sized for standard Letter paper. Print at 100 percent scale on the heaviest paper your printer accepts, then cut along the card edges. Thirty cards across five sheets, plus a cover.

Where do these affirmations come from?

They are drawn from the free Her Affirmations library: more than 380 lines written for women and held to one standard, that you can say them on a hard day without your own mind arguing back. The full collections are free on this site.
